Call for Submissions Contest Deadline Extended!

Cureus is extending the submission deadline for our Call for Submissions contest to April 2nd, 2024. Be sure to submit your manuscript before that date to be included. The Cureus Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), & Tech Healthcare Innovation Contest is your chance to contribute to the evolving world of healthcare technology and win a year of Preferred Editing services for your future submissions! Do not submit your article as a Publishing Competition entry. Include the keyword “Healthcare Tech Contest” in your submission.

The submitting author of the article that receives the highest Cureus SIQ rating will be awarded one year of Preferred Editing services (applicable for up to 3 articles). Articles that are submitted by April 2nd are eligible to be included in a promotional email campaign. The winning article will be announced on April 25th.

Recapping the Cureus India Medical Research & Publishing Symposium

The Cureus India Medical Science & Publishing Symposium 2024 was held in New Delhi on March 7th. This groundbreaking event marked a significant milestone as the first Open Access healthcare research publishing symposium of its kind, attracting over 100 healthcare CXOs and professionals from top institutions, including AIIMS New Delhi, Max Healthcare, Medanta, Apollo Hospitals, and many more. The symposium delved deep into the healthcare ecosystem, with dynamic panel discussions, engaging Q&A sessions, and invaluable networking opportunities highlighting the vast potential of Open Access publishing to enhance healthcare research dissemination.

The event saw the unveiling of a strategic partnership between Cureus and SRM University in the form of an Academic Channel. The symposium's success was further amplified by extensive coverage in nearly 50 healthcare media outlets, significantly boosting Cureus's presence in India.
